Cedar Wood greenhouse, old but exceptional condition, classic Dutch Light design. in Durham, Durham for sale

As you can see the wood is in very good condition. Base is 8 feet by 8 feet, height to apex of roof is 6 feet. Has very very small amount of rot, I would say it is 98% rot free, shows no sign inside of any rot, only small bits on outer. One very small sky window is a bit on rough side but a handy man with a saw and wood will sharp fix it. Have some small amounts of Cedar to go. Comes complete withe staging for both sides of house, these cost a bomb without the house. One picture shows one with protector on it, I said stuff this and gave in with the rest. Has been sanded down last year and 2 coats of top quality hard-wood protection applied. Have half a can left to finish job when in sections. Comes apart quite easily as I have replaced some bolts. A big van is or large pick up is needed, a standard Transit is no use at all as its height means it has to lean. So a high van is a must. All glass intact, apart from a small piece but I have the glass for it. NO SWAPS AT ALL,,,, Will of course take sensible offers, silly offers will be ignored.
